30th June 2018 Just spoke to Frank from SA and he generously gave me all the info I needed to get my sofa to the 6th floor and in with the least hassle. He gave his time and expertise free and very grateful for it. I didn’t need to use SA but on the basis of this good will wouldn’t hesitate to use if needed. They obviously know what they’re doing! 🙂
1st July 2018 Thank you Frank again for Natuzzi Borghese! Frank is one of the most professional people I’ve ever met, not just in the sofa business. My white sofas were transported from one flat to the other with the help of Frank’s son. They were wrapped in a professional sofa bag during the transport. Friendly. Communication on point. Very reasonable price. Flexible. Cannot recommend you more. Thanks again.
Excellent service !!!! It’s as simple as that. I asked Frank if he could help with a bed not a sofa and he managed to remove my window and get the bed through replacing the window as though it never happened- all in record breaking time!! So professional and I would definitely book these guys again!
