It is required that we see photos of your access points, where you are having access issues. Please send us the following information:

1. Please send pictures of your sofa from the front, back and side. Remove any cushions, wrapping or loose covers before taking pictures. (See 3 pictures on this page)
2. If you think your window/Balcony is an option please send a picture of your window/balcony looking from the ground floor upwards and one looking downwards from the window/balcony.
3. Please include photos of any access points which may help us to understand access difficulties.
4. Please include any additional information you think is relevant to your sofa access issue.
